We are a fast growing team of fully trained inventory clerks who have been trained by an ARLA trained inventory clerk to AIIC standards. They are all fully covered by public liability and professional indemnity insurance and have been CRB checked.

We strive to provide our clients with comprehensive, accurate and easy to understand reports which are supported by digital photographs. Inventory reports that are done independently provides the landlords and tenants alike, peace of mind which helps to prevent disputes at the end of tenancy.

Our clerks aim is to provide an efficient, reliable and impartial service which allows both landlords and tenants to agree on the condition of the property at the beginning or the end of a tenancy.

Reports are prepared within 2 working days after our visit to your property and is available either via PDF format sent to our clients email or posted or delivered as hard copy presentation.

Our extensive client base includes Letting & Management Agents, Property Developers, Corporate Lets as well as Private buy-to-let Landlords.
