The above include exterior, garden, garage, shed, meter readings, key list, location of stopcock and alarm.
All furniture and relevant furnishings are checked for fire regulation compliance.
CANCELLATION FEES
We reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee of 25% of instructed work if cancelled with less than two hours acknowledged notice.
Where an appointment has been made for Fast Track Inventories to meet either a Landlord or Tenant at a property, an allowance of 20 minutes will be made in case of delay. In the event that the Landlord or Tenant fails to arrive within 20 minutes of the agreed appointment time, an abortive charge will be made at 50% as above and a new appointment time will have to be arranged by both parties.
Fast Track Inventories will not take water meter readings unless the meter is clearly visible within the property or attached to an exterior wall at low/accessible level.
